H-E-B Italian Herb Brine & Marinade Kit, Each has about 18 (Fresh Herbs & Garlic – null) servings per pack. PREPARATION: 1. Rinse the fresh herbs and garlic and pat dry. 2. Remove any tough stems. BRINE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine the brine solution seasoning pack, the Italian seasoning pack, garlic, and the fresh herbs (whole) in 4 quarts of water. 2. Stir until sugar and salt brining solution is fully dissolved. 3. Add your protein of choice and let sit in the refrigerator for 8 -24 hours for best results. 4. Remove protein from the brine solution and pat dry. 5. Cook according to your preference & Enjoy! MARINADE INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Combine the herbs, Italian seasoning packet, garlic, 1/2 cup of canola or vegetable oil, and 1/4 cup of water in a blender and puree. **Remove any stems not tender enough to blend thoroughly** 2. Evenly coat the protein of your choice with the pureed marinade and let sit in the refrigerator for 1 – 24 hours for best results. 3. Cook according to your preference & Enjoy!
