Did you ever want to take a road trip with no destination in mind, drive a really fast sports car on a long winding country road? Well that’s just what this Food Stalker did with Mr. Best. We headed for the hills and you won’t believe what we uncovered. A place that has the old Hampton’s lifestyle, without the new Hampton’s scene. Just FYI, but did you know that camels can go for two months without water and can run for hours without stopping? Kind’ve sounds like someone we know at a Barney’s Sale! Hold on to your bootstraps…

I loved your Heading For The Hills story! So up my street…the go with the flow and see where it leads you…the chances are somewhere you never would have thought but somehow exactly where you wanted to be…
Sandie, terrific post! I enjoyed the writing (particularly the pithy expressions) and found myself wishing I could see more of the Hudson Valley; next thing I know there is a groovy video to watch! Great work!
Sally, perhaps next time you come we should “uncover” an exciting story together!
Deeanne, most kind of you to take time to leave a comment. A big fan of your work too!
Reminds me of my childhood roaming up and down the Hudson River Valley. Clearly you found two of the hidden gems in a great area of the country.
It is such a gorgeous spot Steve….hope to return again soon & thanks for stopping by to share!
